The website enables self-hosted Umami analytics only after explicit consent. We do not send NATS credentials, message payloads or desktop telemetry to website analytics.

Personal data and requests

When you voluntarily contact Rocketic or submit a future order, support or early-access form, the stated fields, consent timestamp and request context may be processed to answer you, provide the service and meet legal obligations. Forms must not be submitted without an explicit personal-data consent checkbox.

Licensing and payments

Licensing records include the buyer email, product, payment reference and installation identifier needed to issue and revoke a license. Card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by Cracker.
